How we may receive your personal information

Our website has a contact form as well as an ability to contact us by email. If you choose to contact us, we will receive your personal information including your name, email address and any other information that you disclose. If you apply for a job with Coniecto or send us your CV and cover letter, we will receive information included in your documents. If we employ you, we will collect additional personal information necessary for checking references and employment activities such as payroll.

What do we do with your personal information

We will use your personal information to reply to you and in the course of regular business with you. If you are a job seeker, we will use your personal information to process your job application. If we employ you, we will use the information for payroll, day-to-day management and to provide references to your future employers. In all these cases, we may save your information on systems and take backups. We will share your information with our external auditors or Tax auditors to the extent they need it for audit purposes. We will always cooperate with law enforcement authorities (e.g. Income Tax department) if they need information that we hold (e.g. tax deducted at source).

How long do we retain your personal data

We will retain your information for our records as long as you are employed by us plus a period of eight years due to taxation rules. If you retire from our organisation, we will retain your information until the last date of payment of the pension benefit to you or your successors plus a period of eight years due to tax rules. Information that we collect during course of our trading business will be kept until the end of the business engagement plus eight years if the taxation rules were relevant. All other information is strictly retained as long as we are in active discussions with you and will be usually deleted six months later.
